I’m an ICF-certified executive coach, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and a certified EQ-i 2.0 practitioner. I’m also a mindfulness meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, Qigong instructor, and Reiki practitioner. I bring clinical understanding, corporate experience, and somatic practice together because stress doesn’t live in just one part of who you are, and the solution can’t either.
